INGREDIENTS 1 cup basmati rice 1/4 cup peas 1/4 cup grated carrot 2 medium chopped onion 5 cashews 1/2 teaspoon spice black pepper 2 green cardamom 1 cinnamon 1/2 tablespoon crushed to paste garlic 1/2 bunch curry leaves 4 pinches salt 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk 1/4 cup grated radish 1/4 cup grated coconut 4 sliced bread slices 5 soaked almonds 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 clove 1/2 tablespoon crushed to paste ginger 3 tablespoon ghee 1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon Gasa gasa How to make Bread Biryani Step 1 Dry roast and grind the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon to a fine powder. Step 2 Heat little ghee in a pan. Fry the basmati rice for 30 to 45 seconds. Step 3 Remove and keep aside. Add a little ghee to the pan and fry the bread pieces till crisp. Keep aside.
