Ramzan Special Desi fried rice

Ingredients


  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion  thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cooked tandoori chicken breasts.
  • 1/2 c thinly chopped veggies( Carrots, cabbage,bell bepper, peas or beans)
  •  salt and pepper to ur taste
for sauce:
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce,2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp emli (tamarind) sauce.
  • 1 medium tomato cubed
  • 1 1/2 c boiled rice
  • 2-3 chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 c chopped spring onions
  • 2 pineapple slices cut into chunks 


Directions

  1. In a wok heat oil and fry the onion till golden.
  2. Add chilli flakes and stir.
  3. Put the onion and flakes aside and scramble the eggs.
  4. Add mix veggie, tandoori chicken and tomato cubes toss all and stir fry for 3-4 min on high.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and sauce mix stir all well and add rice then toss to mix all well.
  6. Add g chilli, spring onions and cilantro and cook over low heat for 5 min.
  7. Add the pineapple and toss 2-3 times.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
